Our website offers digital ebooks for sale. Upon purchasing, you will be provided with a download link via email to access your digital product. This link will remain active for a period of 7 days, during which you are entitled to download your purchased ebook. We remind you that all sales of digital products are final; we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. For purchases made through third-party platforms, please refer to the respective platform’s terms and conditions for details on their refund and return policies.
User Account Responsibilities
If the site requires account creation to purchase or access ebooks, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to this agreement, the parties commit to engaging in good faith negotiations for a period of no more than 30 days to seek a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute shall exclusively be resolved by binding arbitration in Israel, in accordance with the rules of the Israeli Arbitration Association, which shall oversee the appointment of one arbitrator with substantial experience in online commerce disputes. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Hebrew, and any decision rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding, with no right to appeal, ensuring a swift and conclusive resolution.
Furthermore, all costs associated with the arbitration process shall be borne by the party initiating the dispute, providing a deterrent against frivolous or unwarranted claims. “Born In Israel” reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. This clause shall survive the termination of any agreement between the parties.
